Today I was digging for some info on ‘hamburger bahnhof berlin’ and came across the following paragraph:

Atkins: Ur Doin It Wrong
Dinner: Some kind of meat (chicken, pork chops, hamburger patties with no bun) with 1 cup of cooked, Atkins-approved veggies on the side. … Tomorrow is Day 1 (ver 2. 0). Im going to make chicken in tomato cream sauce for dinner; a recipe from the Atkins book itself. Im very excited….
I tried several more searches on ‘hamburger bun recipe’ but after 10 minutes I got lazy, gave up and posted this entry to ‘Hamburger gravy’. Still, I think it was an interesting time.
